All website text, product photography, graphic layouts, custom designs, and brand logos are the exclusive property of Urban Yuppi or its licensors. No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, or commercially exploited without our prior written, signed authorisation.

3. PRICING & SECURE PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the statutory rate. Online payments must be completed via our authorised, secure third-party payment gateway, Yoco (supporting Visa and Mastercard). Urban Yuppi does not store your full payment card details on its servers.

4. MANIFEST (OBVIOUS) PRICING ERRORS
Urban Yuppi is not legally bound to honour transactions where there is an inadvertent, obvious, and manifest error in pricing (e.g., a luxury design item worth R15,000 accidentally displayed as R150 due to a system glitch). In such cases, even if payment has already been processed, Urban Yuppi reserves the right to cancel the order request, notify the customer immediately, and issue a full refund.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
While we implement reasonable technical security measures, we do not guarantee that the website will operate entirely error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or malware. To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Urban Yuppi will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our website or payment interfaces.
