REFUNDS
Please make your selections carefully, as we do not offer refunds for changes of mind or incorrect choices. We will only provide a refund, exchange, or store credit if the product is deemed faulty, inaccurately described, or fails to perform as expected within 7 days of purchase. For any product that is found to be faulty by the manufacturer, we will offer a replacement or repair.
All postage costs associated with returning items for a refund are the responsibility of the customer unless we provide different instructions. To ensure the safe return of your items, we strongly recommend using a postage bag or box with a tracking ID, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as disruptions or extended lead times due to events like COVID-19, which may affect the delivery of your order.
AVAILABILITY
For stock availability, please reach out to us before finalizing your order. Online stock levels may not always reflect the current status, and certain products may experience extended estimated time of arrival (ETA). By confirming your order, you acknowledge that stock availability is subject to change, and all shipping times provided are approximate.
Internal and external factors beyond our control may lead to delays and extended lead times.
Please note the following regarding DELIVERY:
Orders marked as "in stock" come with a minimum warehouse processing period of 7 business days. Within 2 business days of your purchase, we will inform you of the estimated time of arrival for your product(s) if we haven't already notified you prior.
It's important to be aware that online stock levels might not always reflect real-time availability and certain products may experience longer ETAs. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge that stock levels can change, and all shipping times provided are estimates only.
Urban Yuppi Products will not assume responsibility for any postal delays or damages that may arise during transit.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
RETURNS: We understand that occasionally you may need to return a product. To facilitate this process, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Timeframe: You have up to 7 days from the date of dispatch to return a product.
Condition: The item must be in its original, "new and unused" condition. This includes ensuring that all original tags remain attached, and the item is unworn and unsoiled, still in its original packaging.
Sale Items: Kindly note that sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless found to be faulty.
Please Note: We cannot accept returns for items that do not meet these requirements. We reserve the right to refuse any product that falls short of our conditions. It's essential to recognize that our terms and conditions exclusively apply to online purchases.
If you return an online purchase due to a change of mind, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit issued.

DAMAGED ITEMS
While we take utmost care in packing and shipping your orders, we cannot guarantee that they will arrive in perfect condition due to the nature of shipping and third-party freight companies involved in local and national deliveries.
If your order sustains damages during shipping, please report them to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will assist you in lodging a claim with the third-party freight provider, providing the necessary documentation to support your claim.
For orders (excluding textiles and fashion), we primarily use Campos due to their reliability in delivering large, heavy items. You may also choose a courier such as Courier Guys or PostNet, but please be aware of the higher risk of damage during transit with conveyor belt sorting facilities.
If a claim is approved by the shipping carrier, we will either repair or replace the damaged item based on availability. Please anticipate that replacement items may take several weeks or months to arrive.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions concerning our delivery policy. While we aim to provide excellent customer service and support, we cannot be held responsible for damages incurred during shipping. FAULTY PRODUCTS
All Urban Yuppi Products undergo rigorous assessment by our suppliers and manufacturers before being labelled as faulty or due to a manufacturer's fault. In the case of faulty goods, all postage costs will be covered by Urban Yuppi Products.
Product Colour Discrepancies & Presentation: We strive to depict our items accurately; however, individual computer screen colour settings can affect how products appear on the viewing monitor. Urban Yuppi Products cannot be held responsible for colour discrepancies.
If you have concerns about your products, please provide images, and our management and manufacturers will assess the situation. Urban Yuppi is not responsible if your products experience splitting due to environmental changes. Any exchanges or repairs will be at the customer's expense unless deemed faulty by the manufacturer.
